The Proposals

The proposed development includes:

holiday accommodation, comprising 250 high quality lodges 

a new 146-bed hotel and conference centre

two food & drink units comprising around 1,069 sqm in total

two leisure units, totalling c. 2,920 sqm

a neighbourhood discount foodstore (to be occupied by Lidl) of around 1,900 sqm

a petrol filling station, including electric vehicle charging facilities

a drive-thru coffee shop

a flexible (non-food) retail / leisure unit of around 930 sqm


The holiday lodges will provide high quality, energy efficient accommodation and be designed with reference to the fitties.


They will be laid out around the central lake which will provide a range of water-based activities to holiday makers.
